Though we are in the same city I never had to visit there office. Then when the tour started, we got regular phone calls from there office about the status of the ongoing tour. Everything was done very smoothly. The hotels choosen were quite nice and the driver was very cordial and well mannered. Last day we made some changes in the tour plan and they co-operated.
